2. Data we collect
When you submit the quote or contact form we may process:
- Name
- Email address
- Skin variety and quantity (quote form)
- Free-text message
- Minimal technical data of the submission (date, language, form origin)
3. Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: answering your commercial or quote enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in handling commercial requests.
4. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related legal duties. Enquiries that do not convert are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
5. Processors
The form is processed through Slowcode’s lead-generator platform. We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with providers needed to operate the service (hosting, transactional email), under a processor agreement.
6. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Cookies
This static site does not use its own tracking cookies. The form iframe may require technical cookies needed for operation and security (e.g. CSRF / session).
